During this promotion, kidsroomsonline.com offers a 110% lowest pice guarantee on all products displayed on this website, our guarantee is real simple, if you find the exact same product in an advertisement or displayed on a factory authorized dealers website for less than what we have it priced for on our website, we will match that lower price and also discount an additional 10% of the difference between the competitors lower price and our higher listed price. Estimated time frame for delivery
Every product on our site has a different estimated lead time, that lead time is the average length of time it usually takes for an order to be processed, acknowledged, produced and then shipped from the factory to our delivery warehouse and then on to your home. The average lead time for all products on this site is 3-4 weeks, special orders and custom made furniture that is offered in many finishes will have an estimated lead time ranging from 6-8 weeks. If your order will take longer than this estimated lead time, you will recieve an e-mail notifying you of the anticipated delay.
 
 
Sales tax
One of the best things about buying through kidsroomsonline is that we do not have to charge sales tax, with one notable exception: orders shipping to destinations in the State of New Jersey will be subject to a 7% sales tax. However, kidsroomsonline is not responsible for individual States’ sales tax reporting laws pertaining to online purchases, so we encourage you to check your State’s regulations before you shop.
 
 
How to request the status of an order
After placing an order,you can request the status of an order by:

You must provide your order confirmation number and a daytime phone number, we will then contact the manufacturer and freight carriers to get an update on your furniture order and respond to your request usually within 24 hours!
Do not call the store or the associate who may have originally assisted you, for they do not have access to the factories and freight companies and they will only refer you to the main offices anyway!
 
 
Scheduling of your delivery
Once your furniture has arrived at our delivery warehouse, you will be contacted by a dispatcher within 48 hours to have your weekday delivery appointment scheduled between Monday and Friday from 8a.m until 5p.m. with a (4) hour delivery window.
 
 
On the day of delivery
Deliveries may be postponed due to bad weather conditions, a redelivery appointment will be set immediately. If a scheduled delivery is attempted and/or calls to confirm that there is someone home to accept your delivery are not answered, a new delivery appointment will be scheduled & additional fees will be imposed and placed on the credit card on file. If you are having your furniture delivered by a "white glove" delivery service, all pets must be restrained upon the delivery crew arriving on your premises. Delivery personnel are not permitted to remove their shoes for safety & insurance purposes. The crew does not rearrange your older bedroom furniture,it is your responsibility to make room for your new furniture. In most cases, cartons & packaging materials will be condensed & left on your premises in the event that you wanted to return your products at a later date.
 
 
What if there is damage on delivery
If your furniture has slight delivery damage or a manufacturer's defect, do not refuse the order, we reserve the right to repair the damage or defective piece to a factory acceptable condition or if it is deemed necessary by a factory representative, replace the entire piece. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. Call customer service as soon as the damage is noticed at (732)845-8246.
 
 
How to change or cancel an order
If you need to change an item on an order, please call us immediately at (732) 845-8246. We cannot change items once an order has been sent to the factory, therefore, If we are unable to change the order, you may need to return that order. If you need to cancel an order,please call us immediately at (732) 845-8246. We cannot cancel an order once an order has been confirmed, you will be charged a restocking fee equal to 20% of your merchandise total and then promptly refunded the difference .
 
 
How to return my order
We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange,credit or a refund of the full purchase price excluding inbound freight charges from the factories and outbound home delivery costs,(excluding merchandise that is special ordered or furniture that is custom made to order).

Each lead time varies based on many different factors including production time,freight transportation,delivery routing & seasonal weather conditions.We strive to give our customers realistic estimated lead times, but occasionally unexpected delays are incurred. If in the event your order is drastically delayed past the promisary deadline listed below,you will be entitled to a prompt & full refund.
 
 
How to request a refund
You may request a refund of all monies tendered by contacting our customer service dept. at (732)845-8246 Mon.-Fri. only. Refunds will only be given if:(A)Your order has not been confirmed.(B)Your order is cancelled with restocking fees equaling 20% of merchandise deducted from monies tendered already.(C)If the promisary deadline date is not met, in accordance with N.J. state law (see paragraph below).
